Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association will go live with a new housing management system from IBS in April 2008.
The housing association, which provides housing services to some 370 properties in small rural settlements across the county, realised it needed to upgrade its IT systems in order to maintain service delivery standards. It has selected OPENHousing and OPENFinancials from IBS in order to streamline its document management and transaction processing capabilities and improve reporting.
John Howes, chief executive, Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association, said, “Over the past two years we found that our existing IT system could not keep pace with our progress. We went to great lengths to evaluate the market-leading systems, involving all key staff throughout the process. The IBS system was chosen by the staff as the one they would most like to use.”
