Central Scotland-based Link Group is replacing its existing housing management systems with QL Housing and QL Financials from Aareon. The project, which will transform Link’s services to its 12,000 customers, is due to start later this year.
The change of HMS is due to growth in the scale and complexity of Link’s operations which its existing system was unable to accommodate. The search for an integrated, multi-user system with workflow capabilities began in January 2010.
Murray Macmillan from Link Group said, “Our growth and diversification means we need an integrated system that is flexible, responsive and supports our requirement to provide a first-class service to customers. We involved large numbers of staff in the evaluation process and they were overwhelmingly in favour of selecting Aareon.”
