Richmond Housing Partnership is one of just six companies worldwide that have been chosen by Microsoft for a feature-length documentary. The ‘Dynamic Tomorrow’ film will focus on how all the companies from different market sectors have used Microsoft Dynamics and other technologies to develop their businesses and improve customer service.
RHP used Dynamics as the platform on which to build its online services, including its self-service repairs system which has recently been extended to include gas repairs. This service lets customers choose their own appointments for repairs, with an operative arriving within a specific two-hour window chosen by the customer.
