Orchard has reported that its mobile-enabled Income Analytics software, which works with any housing management system, has been designed to remove rent accounts not requiring attention from user-defined case lists, resulting in housing providers’ income teams having shorter, more focused lists of accounts to work through.
Using any internet-connected device for full mobility, Income Analytics gives housing officers access to historic rent payments, past actions and contact details, and enables them to contact tenants direct using text and email.
David Curran, income manager, First Ark, said, “Our welfare reform & universal credit teams discuss rent accounts during every customer visit but we’ve always been hampered by our lack of an appropriate mobile system. Orchard Income Analytics is perfect, giving our officers the ability to show a rent account on their iPads in the customer’s home. It provides a visual display of their rent account and the ability to add a note summarising their discussion, all of which will feedback directly into Orchard Housing.”
