IPG Systems has developed new features for its cloud-based computer-aided facilities management software to track quality standards within common facilities management tasks.
The new release of fmNet includes a work audit scheduler tool, which lets property managers audit sub-contractor and employee activity and to monitor job service levels and the resulting quality standards. Managers can set the system to automatically select a configurable percentage of completed tasks which are then presented as a regular audit tour of inspection. Other improvements include better displays of planned preventative maintenance schedules enabling housing providers to quickly view the latest tasks at-a-glance.
Ian Stone, operations manager, IPG Systems, said, “We have listened to our customers and have subsequently developed a number of additional tools, including new auditing and scheduling functionality, that we believe will further help them efficiently manage their property portfolios and tenant requirements.”
