A2Dominion has launched My Account, an online banking-style feature on its website that allows tenants and residents to check their rent statements and service charge statements online at any time. Offering the same security as online banking, My Account allows people to securely check what they owe and the payments they have made over the past 12 months.
Lorna Anderson, customer services director, A2Dominion, said, “Rent and service charge statements have always been sent through the post. While we will continue to do this, My Account will allow residents to find out their balance and access their account details whenever is most convenient for them.”
Residents who subscribe to My Account will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win vouchers worth £100. The second phase of My Account, due to be launched in 2011, will include services such as tracking repairs.
