Orbit Group is using Coactiva Aspiren’s performance improvement and business intelligence software following a two-month implementation at the end of November 2012. The housing group is now self-sufficient in using the new Aspireview software to manage and monitor its corporate performance from an executive level down to operational levels.
Orbit is also using Coactiva’s Aspireview IQ solution to report detailed transaction-level information such as property or tenancy data so that it can do more sophisticated analysis and predictive reporting. As part of the overall project, Orbit has integrated almost 20 back-office systems from across the group in order to have a full view of its performance.
