Orchard Information Systems’ new housing management system has been successfully implemented at Blackpool Coastal Housing, Mosscare Housing, Gloucester City Homes and SLH Group.
Following a speedy six-month implementation, Orchard Housing is in place at Blackpool Coastal Housing where it is being used to access information from across the housing provider’s operations, manage it via a suite of integrated applications and then deliver the information to staff and tenants in their preferred format and channel. Mosscare is using the CRM elements of Orchard Housing to track and analyse tenants’ interactions, together with enhanced workflow for its repairs service. It has also implemented Orchard’s Community Action system to combat anti-social behaviour.
Gloucester City Homes is now undertaking comprehensive tenant surveys with real-time responses, using Orchard’s Customer Knowledge system and SLH Group is improving customer service with Orchard’s Self Service Portal.
