Shelton Development Services has won a £40,000 contract to supply Peabody with its housing development viability and project management software. The systems are now installed and final training took place at the end of February 2012.
SDS ProVal and SDS Sequel will be used by Peabody’s development and finance teams to manage all projects. Peabody plans to use the SDS software to improve viability and project management across its business model from initial planning through to property handover, with details then being uploaded to its housing management system.
Jonathan Davies, business analyst, Peabody, said, “We were impressed by the ease of use and powerful reporting capabilities of the SDS system. Our departments can now monitor and update new development projects much more easily, enabling us to provide better information and a better service to our executives, board and customers.”
