West Midlands-based Trident Housing Association is installing Clearview’s full set of performance management tools including the customer service improvement, risk, and balanced scorecard modules.
Noel Grace, group finance director, Trident, said, “We are implementing Clearview as part of our drive towards a performance level of three stars and excellent services.”
In a short-notice inspection by the Audit Commission in May 2009, the summary report on Trident said that it was performing strongly on rent collection, poorly on resident involvement and had a balance of strengths and weaknesses in its void property performance. The areas of access, diversity and value for money were in need of improvement.
