Plentific has been chosen by five new social housing customers for its connected property management platform. Concept Housing, Guinness Partnership, London Borough of Lambeth, PA Housing and Settle Housing will use Plentific to improve their services to tenants through better repair and maintenance activities.
Guinness Partnership will use the Plentific platform to streamline its repairs and maintenance through automated workflows. London Borough of Lambeth is deploying Plentific to reduce its maintenance backlogs and digitally transform its resident engagement as well as to help tackle damp and mould problems in specific properties.
Valdrin Rexha, assistant director repairs and maintenance, London Borough of Lambeth, said, “Plentific’s platform gives us an innovative opportunity to tackle some of the systemic challenges in our sector. We are interested in seeing this technology in action, improving the quality of our assets and our customers’ experience.”
Concept Housing has chosen Plentific to deliver a new operating model for the repair and maintenance of its housing portfolio. Concept Housing also plans to access Plentific’s vendor marketplace for maintenance call-outs.
Settle Housing and PA Housing have each selected Plentific’s real-time maintenance and service delivery platform to improve resident engagement and bolster housing quality.
Plentific’s real-time platform is intended to connect housing providers and property management with tradespeople and tenants to create a low-friction and responsive approach to housing repairs and maintenance.
