A dedicated e-marketplace and purchase-to-pay system for housing providers has been launched by ProcServe and Procurement for Housing. The aim of the PfH Procurement Marketplace is intended to give housing providers better control over their spending and enable longer-term, strategic purchasing decisions.
Developed by ProcServe, PfH’s new portal will help PfH’s members to reduce the price paid for goods and services by giving them easy access to pre-loaded collaborative contracts, provide simple connectivity to suppliers and deliver e-invoicing capabilities.
Paul Kennedy, chief executive of Procurement for Housing managing contractor, CEL Group, said, “PfH has teamed up with ProcServe so that members can benefit from the value-for-money afforded by PfH framework agreements coupled with the easy, intuitive and efficient ordering provided by ProcServe – we know that there has been a growing demand for a service like this from our members.”
