High Peak Community Housing expects that its Covalent performance management system will be operational by the end of July 2009, covering KPIs, actions, risks, self assessment and inspection management.
Before the implementation, High Peak had managed to link all of its performance information to key actions against its delivery plan and improvement projects, but this relied on considerable manual input and on the data being collated once a month.
Glossop-based High Peak’s goal was a transparent system to help its 160 staff see exactly how their business areas were performing while also delivering a strategic view of performance for High Peak’s board.
Louise Pearce, corporate excellence manager, High Peak Community Housing, said, “With the reporting tools, the system covers both operational and strategic reports and has saved time in having to pull this information together manually. Things are progressing well and we are pleased with the implementation programme.”
Mid-Wales Housing Association and Hastoe Housing Association also recently announced their plans to install the Covalent system.
