Tenants in Cornwall are getting the opportunity to play a starring role in Coastline Housing’s new telephony system, with real customers being invited to provide the voices for Coastline’s greeting messages, menu options and holding messages.
Debbie Greenaway, customer service manager, Coastline Housing, said, “Because so many of our customers contact Coastline by phone, we want to encourage them to write and record the messages people hear. We always try to involve our customers in new ways and this is an opportunity to give them a starring role.”
