Infinity Group, a leading Microsoft-focused cloud services, security and business applications provider, has bought RedkiteCRM, one of the UK social housing sector’s few Microsoft-focused HMS providers.
As with Infinity Group, all of RedkiteCRM’s systems are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience, CRM, Business Central and Power Platform.
Following the acquisition, Infinity Group will grow to 150 staff and will expand its range of solutions for social housing, including digital communications and process automation across damp and mould, arrears, rent accounting, compliance, housing allocations, repairs, fire safety, customer services and asset management.
