Riverside has selected Capita’s One housing management system to support its house-building programme.
Capita One will enable a 360-degree view of Riverside tenants and properties and support the automation of many of the housing provider’s day-to-day processes. The new housing management system also includes full asset management capabilities for Riverside’s property development strategy.
