ROCC Computers has announced a number of improvements to its existing products around mobile working and tenant portals, as well as new tools from its development team.
For Uniclass Mobile, ROCC’s developers are combining an iPhone-style interface with the ability to run on almost any smartphone or mobile device, and the addition of new functions such as offline task progression, GPS integration for location-based working and van stock replenishment.
Meeta Patel, marketing manager, ROCC Computers, said, “Coming in 2012, the Uniclass Tenant Portal will enable housing provides to offer their tenants a full online repair logging and enquiry system. Over 90 per cent of housing providers offer some form of online repair reporting but most of these limit the tenant to filling out an online form and provide no interactive feedback to the tenant.”
The Uniclass Tenant Portal will offer cross-device and cross-browser compatibility across laptops, PCs and smartphones, software-free installation via rapid online setup, and full integration with back-office systems.
ROCC’s developers have also now added supply chain integration and a full management reporting suite to its housing products, with certification for SQL Server 2012 and Internet Explorer 9 both now underway.
