Selwood Housing is implementing a new HR system from Access Select for its 140 employees looking after 5,200 properties in Wiltshire and Somerset. The SelectHR system includes modules covering training and development, online recruitment and appraisal, and self-service for employees and managers.
As one of Selwood’s core requirements, the latest version of SelectHR also records timesheets and flexi-time, allowing employees to log their time and submit timesheets to line managers for approval before being sent to payroll.
Ria Bristow, head of human resources and development, Selwood Housing, commented, “SelectHR will help us to reduce the administrative side of managing staff and enable us to concentrate on motivating, inspiring and managing performance.”
