Christchurch-based Spectrum Housing Group has signed contracts with iSoft Business Solutions for its Integra suite of web-enabled finance and purchasing applications.
Integra will replace three disparate finance systems, each the result of acquisitions, giving users in its seven offices access to web-based services to raise purchase orders for online authorisation and access to a range of financial data to control invoices, payments and costs. Integra will also interface to an existing housing management system for better control of maintenance costs.
Best known for its healthcare software, the signing of Spectrum is a landmark for iSoft as it focuses on the housing sector. Eamonn Morris, managing director, iSoft Business Solutions, said, “We identified social housing as being particularly suitable for our Integra suite of solutions, and it’s pleasing to see those efforts are paying off.”
