Swan Housing Group has awarded a five-year outsourced IT support contract to Network Resource Group. The decision to fully outsource Swan’s ICT services to NRG, including support, IP telephony and managed WAN provision, follows a competitive tender process that defined affordability, scalability, service levels and environmental responsibility as the main criteria.
The five-year contract will see NRG continue to support all of Swan’s 300-plus ICT users across sites covering Essex, Suffolk and East London, as well as plans to provide a virtual infrastructure for Swan’s head office and its remote sites.
