ROCC is in the middle of upgrading Tandridge District Council’s housing repairs system to the latest version of its Uniclass Social Housing product. The project at the Surrey-based council began in September 2011 and is expected to be live by April this year.
The upgraded ROCC system, which uses the latest Microsoft web technology running on virtual servers, will underpin all of the council’s housing repair functions including job processing, appointments, stores and purchasing, and job costing. A Uniclass Dashboard will provide management reporting tools and the publication of key performance indicators. The system also supports mobile and distributed working if needed in future.
