Following its recent acquisition by Capita, IBS OpenSystems has already formed a partnership with Capita Total Document Solutions (CTDS) to provide a bureau-based document back-scanning service.
IBS expects to offer an end-to-end document management service, based on its OpenWorkflow and document image processing products and CTDS’s experience and expertise of providing scanning services through its network of country-wide bureaux.
CTDS is certified to ISO9001, BS7799 and legal admissability BIP0008 standards, and scans files and documents for the police, universities, libraries, and the Ministry of Defence.
