Aareon UK has announced that Together Housing Group and Raven Housing Trust have both chosen its QL Housing system.
Together Housing Group, which comprises Trans-Pennine Housing, Chevin Housing and Prospect Homes and manages more than 35,000 properties, intends to replace the different housing management systems currently used by its members and standardise its operations onto QL Housing. The core Aareon system will be augmented by solutions from 1st Touch for mobile working, Documotive for document management and Xmbrace’s Opti-Time for dynamic workforce scheduling.
Mark Dunford, services director, Together Housing Group, said, “One of the key principles for establishing the group was to deliver excellent, efficient and consistent services for all our customers. A single housing management system which underpins and supports our business transformation programme was crucial to delivering this vision.”
Raven moves to QL Housing
Having been using its old housing management system since 2004, Raven Housing Trust began a complete system review in January 2011, in order to implement a more flexible and up-to-date housing management incorporating contact, document and records management functionality.
Anthony Green, head of IT, Raven Housing Trust, said, “After an evaluation of the current UK market, reference visits and product demonstrations, QL Housing was our preferred choice. We hope that the flexibility of QL will allow us to provide even better services for Raven’s customers.”
Aareon also reported that during 2011 it had also been selected as a preferred supplier of housing management systems by Aberdeen Housing Partnership, Somer Housing Group, Halton Homes and NPT Homes.
