Here are the details from 2013 where Housing Technology in association with BT hosted a half-day executive briefing at the BT Tower in central London at the end of June, with the theme of ‘The New Way We Work’.
Sponsored by Advanced365, MET, SAP and Visualmetrics, the event focused on how new technologies (tablets, BYOD, pervasive internet, etc) and changing working patterns will be the catalysts for transformed working environments and changing business models and operational cultures. The 80+ guests from housing providers across the UK heard some excellent presentations from BT on bringing your own device, Ymere Housing on what it has already achieved in The Netherlands,Family Mosaic on digital inclusion, Microsoft on new ways of working, CB Richard Ellis on blurring the workspace boundaries, and an interview with SAP’s director of business analytics.
The presentations were followed by lunch at the top of the BT Tower, with incredible
views across London and beyond. Our thanks to BT for giving us access to such an amazing venue and to Advanced365, MET, SAP and Visualmetrics for their support.
