The London Borough of Waltham Forest has gone live with Mobysoft’s predictive analytics tool RentSense. The London Borough, with over 10,000 properties, was keen to mitigate the on-going effects of welfare reform as well as reducing its rent arrears.
Shayem Pervez, income services manager, London Borough of Waltham Forest, said, “Full-service universal credit goes live in Waltham Forest in November 2017 and we need to create capacity within the team in order to mitigate its effects.
“On the day Rentsense went live, some of our staff weren’t sure what to expect, but from the start they could see it was doing the time-consuming work so they didn’t have to, which is the beauty of RentSense.”
