Watford Community Housing Trust has signed a five-year contract with MidlandHR for its iTrent suite of HR and payroll software. The implementation of the system began in September 2010 and WCHT’s 160 staff is expected to have access to the full system by March 2011.
The agreement with MidlandHR covers the full suite of iTrent modules including core HR and payroll, manager and employee self-service, and talent management functionality such as web recruitment and learning and development.
Jeremy Soper, head of business services, Watford Community Housing Trust, said, “In order to deliver streamlined HR and payroll services, the integration of all payroll and HR activities was fundamental for us, along with web-based recruitment and self-service for our entire workforce.”
