A high-impact leadership programme for managers at Watford Community Housing Trust has helped the organisation secure a prestigious gold accreditation from Investors in People.
Assessors for IiP praised the WCHT’s culture of continuous development, particularly the leadership course created by the Georgia Group, a Cheshire-based leadership consultancy. The leadership programme has been designed to address the challenges for WCHT in delivering better customer service, becoming more competitive, sustaining growth and developing quality leaders.
