In4systems has released the Promaster4 SE asset management system specifically designed for housing providers with fewer than 1,000 properties.
While the original Promaster system needs to be installed on customers’ own servers, the new version is entirely web based and can be accessed from any internet-connected device. Promaster4 SE includes modules designed to run on the latest handheld devices, with direct synchronisation between the device and Promaster4 SE’s database for real-time updates.
John Buckland, director, In4Systems, said, “Promaster 4 SE has all the essential modules needed to manage stock condition surveys and planned maintenance with Decent Homes, SHQS, and WHQS reporting as standard, plus energy performance including SAP ratings and asbestos reporting.”
