Wirral Partnership Homes is using software from Datango to accelerate end-user adoption of its enterprise applications, in particular its Northgate housing management system.
WPH is planning to upgrade its Northgate Housing application to a new web-based front end and with limited internal resources available to build documentation, education and support materials, Datango will automate the provision of up-to-date information to end-users.
The Datango software will also allow WPH to carry out competence checks on users of business-critical applications and maintain a central repository of documented processes and training materials.
