Central Networks and Technology (CNT) has been appointed by unified communications company Zeacom as its partner for the housing sector.
The partnership will be based around Zeacom’s communications suite which automates customer service transactions via a single application which includes unified messaging, mobility, contact centre, tele-conferencing and desktop telephony.
David Smith, sales and marketing director, CNT, said, “We have worked with our customers to integrate business processes into a single seamless environment which includes IT infrastructure, applications and communications. The automation of customer service transaction and workflow within that environment enables us to support housing associations in meeting the standards outlined by the Audit Commission within their KLOEs.”
CNT has already deployed the system at a number of its housing customers including Bron Afon Community Housing, Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust and Watford Community Housing Trust.
Samuel Williams, general manager, Zeacom, said, “CNT has demonstrated that deploying the latest multimedia contact centres, unified communications systems and converged networks creates tangible benefits for housing associations. The automation of business processes is the next step, helping them to improve access to tenants, enhance customer service and deliver value for money.”
